These terms describe how Sunbelt Deals Liquidation LLC handles the order requests submitted through this website. They are an interim summary of our current process and are intended to be replaced by our approved legal wording.

Liquidation merchandise and final sale

Our pallets and liquidation lots are sold as-is and all sales are final, except where required by applicable law. The full statement you accept at checkout is published on our Liquidation Policy page and forms part of these terms.

Order requests

Submitting an order request on this website does not create a completed sale. It is a request for our team to review, and every request is subject to confirmation by Sunbelt Deals Liquidation LLC.

Inventory

Submitting an order request does not reserve inventory. Pallets stay available to other customers until an order is confirmed by our team. We will contact you if any requested item can no longer be supplied.

Pricing, delivery and pickup

Prices shown on a request exclude delivery unless a delivery cost has been confirmed by our team. For delivery requests we contact you to agree the shipping cost before the order is confirmed. Store pickup is free of charge and is collected at our Orlando warehouse.

Payment

No payment is taken on this website. Payment terms and the final amount due are confirmed by Sunbelt Deals Liquidation LLC after your request is reviewed.
