To answer your enquiry, to prepare and confirm your order request, to arrange pickup or shipping, and to issue invoices.

Transaction records

When you accept the Liquidation Merchandise and Final Sale Agreement at checkout, we record the name you type, the exact wording you were shown, the date and time, and the IP address and browser information of the device you used. We keep this as evidence of the contract and to help prevent fraud, it is attached to that order only, and it is never shown to any other customer.
